terbinafina en pulsos, hay ya varios reportes de estudios de terbinafina en pulsos, la cual se da en dosis de 500 mg cada día por 1 semana y se descansan tres, otros lo hacenm cada 3 meses, y reportan alta efectividad en el tratamiento, incluso comparado con la terapia convencional no solo de onicomicosis por trichophyton sino tambien en tiña capitis.
